“Sports Give Children the Strength to Conquer the World”
The prize distribution ceremony for various district-level and club-level roller skating competitions held across Belgaum was recently conducted at the Shivganga Sports Club Skating Rink in a grand and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Shivganga Skating Club President Jyoti Chindak and Skate Park President Ashok Gore attended the event as chief guests. The winners were honoured with medals at the hands of the dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Jyoti Chindak guided the young skaters on the importance of skating and maintaining good health. She encouraged the participants to continue their hard work and wished them success in their future journey.
Ashok Gore assured full support and encouragement to all skaters from Belgaum and appreciated their growing talent in the sport.
Skating coach Suryakant Hindalgekar addressed parents and skaters on discipline in sports, dedication, and the responsibilities of being a sportsperson.
The ceremony was attended by international skater Nikhil Chindak along with Yogesh Kulkarni, Vishal Vesne, Vitthal Gangane, Soham Hindalgekar, Rishikesh Pasare, Mr. Rokade, Mrs. Mahat, Krishna Kanhaiya Hosamani, Vinayak Patil, skaters of the Belgaum District Roller Skating Association, and a large number of parents and sports enthusiasts.
The event concluded on a positive note, with organisers expressing confidence that Belgaum’s skaters will shine at national and international levels in the future.
