Vinayak More Re-Elected as President of Bharat Vikas Parishad Belagavi for Third Consecutive Term

Belagavi: Vinayak More has been unanimously re-elected as President of the Belagavi branch of Bharat Vikas Parishad for a third consecutive term. In recognition of his outstanding service and leadership over the past two years, members once again entrusted him with the responsibility of leading the organization.

K. Vasudev Prabhu has been elected as Secretary, while D. Y. Patil will serve as Treasurer. Vinayak Ghodekar of the Belagavi branch has been entrusted with the responsibility of Organization Secretary for the North Karnataka Province.

The Advisory Committee includes Principal V. N. Joshi, Dr. V. B. Yalburgi, Pandurang Nayak, Dr. J. G. Naik, Namaji Deshpande, Suhas Gurjar, Subhash Mirashi, Suhas Sanglikar, V. R. Gudi, CA Srinivas Shivangi, Jayant Joshi, Kumar Patil, and Swati Ghodekar.

The Executive Committee comprises Vinayak Ghodekar, Adv. Sachin Javali, Ganapati Bhujagurav, P. M. Patil, Amar Desai, Ramchandra Tigadi, Chandrashekhar Iti, Malatesh Patil, Kuber Ganeshwadi, Namdev Kolekar, and P. J. Ghadi. Sukhada Deshpande has been appointed as Women’s Wing Head, while Prof. Aruna Naik, Jaya Nayak, Shubhangi Mirashi, Rajani Gurjar, Vidya Iti, Lakshmi Tigadi, Priya Patil, Smita Bhujagurav, Usha Deshpande, Uma Yalburgi, Rohini Patil, Sneha Sanglikar, Trupti Desai, Adv. Bana Kaujalgi, Akshata More, Jyoti Prabhu, Nandini Patil, Jyotsna Gilbile, and Mangala Kulkarni will serve as executive members.

Bharat Vikas Parishad organizes a wide range of social, cultural, and educational activities every year. Its major initiatives include assistance for persons with disabilities, free health check-up camps, rural development projects, National Group Singing Competitions, Bharat Ko Jano quiz competitions, Guru Vandana–Chhatra Abhinandan programs, tree plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, scholarships for meritorious students of Classes 10 and 12, as well as service and value-based educational camps.
